Back at New Zealand Fashion Week, I came across this volcano print knit at the Penny Sage show. It stood out to me, I'm a sucker for an excellent piece of printed knitwear. I mean, can you even call it a print? Or is it an embroidery? I don't know. All I know is the volcano was originally a drawing created by a child named Anouk and ever since first spotting it back in September, I have thought it was super cool.

Cool enough to take some special pictures of, anyway.

So that takes us back to two weeks ago on a late Sunday afternoon. My ever-obliging brother James and I trekked up a big hill on that sub-10 degree, windy, borderline-rainy day, with models and clothes in tow. The models were bloody troopers. (Especially Olivia, who spent the majority of the two hours in bikini bottoms.) I'm not going to lie, it was an experience I'm sure none of us are keen to repeat anytime soon, but hey, now that I have the end result I can see it was all worth it.

Check 'em out.
